REGULATIONS OF THE «KINOSHOCK» INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL
Article 1. GENERAL POSITIONS
Autonomous non-profit organization Kinoshock Festival, with the support of the
Government of the Russian Federation, the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the
Russian Federation, the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, the Administration of the Krasnodar Territory, the Administration of the municipality, the resort city of Anapa, the Union of Russian Filmmakers, the State Film Fund of Russia annually organizes and conducts the Open Film Festival of the CIS countries and the National Cinematographies of Russian Federation "Kinoshock", which sets the main goals of identifying and professional support for talented filmmakers working in all genres of cinematography, whose work has the spiritual and aesthetic novelty; preservation of a united cinematic space, the revival of national cultures of Russia and neighboring states and cooperation between cinematographers of the CIS countries, as well as republics and regions of the Russian Federation; the popularization of national cinema, influenced by the geographical, sociological and cultural aspects of each individual country.
Article 2. FESTIVAL MANAGEMENT
The festival is led by the Organizing Committee and the Directorate of the festival.
Article 3. FESTIVAL PROGRAM
The program of the festival includes:
- Competitive screenings:
Competition for feature films produced by national film studios in the republics and regions of the Russian Federation, in the CIS countries and in other friendly countries of Eurasia;
Competition of short feature films produced by national film studios of the republics and regions of the Russian Federation and the CIS countries;
Competition for television feature films "TV Shock";
Competition of feature films for children and youth "KidShock";
Competition of documentary films
- Non-competitive, informational and retrospective programs.
Article 4. JURY
To evaluate the competitive films a jury is organised:
Grand Jury - Feature Film Competition;
Jury of Short Feature Films;
Children's jury of the competition "KidShock";
The winners of the "TV-Shock" contest are determined by the results of the audience voting.
The jury has no right to share the awarded prizes and change the wording of the established nominations.
The Directorate assumes all expenses for the jury members at the festival, including payment of their trip.
The jury must not include persons who participated in the creation of competitive films.
Article 5. PRIZES OF THE FESTIVAL
Grand Jury Prizes:
The main prize of the festival the Golden Vine for the best feature film (awarded to the
producer).

Prizes:
• For the best directing in full-length feature film;
• For the best script in a full-length feature film;
• A. Knyazhinsky Prize for the best cameraman work in feature films;
• For the best Actress in full-length feature film;
• For the best Actor in full-length feature film;
• For the best music for a full-length feature film;

Prizes of the jury of the short films:
• The main prize for the best short film (awarded to the director);
• Two special prizes (equivalent).

Audience Choice Awards. TV-Shock program:
• First prize;
• Second prize;
• Third prize;

Prizes of the Children's Jury. «Kidshock» competiton:
• Prize for the best film;
• Two prizes for the best children's role;
• Best short film adaptation award Special prizes:
• Pavel Luspekaev Special prize «Lady Luck» for courage and dignity in the profession;
• Special Prize for «The Best Producer of National Cinema»;
• Special Diploma of the Grand Jury
• Press Award
Article 6. RULES FOR SELECTION OF FILMS AND PROVISION OF APPLICATIONS
All the organizations and individuals who would like to submit for the festival should send the following materials to the festival's email address no later than August 1 of this year:
• Link to a video file with a film in Russian or with English subtitles or a DVD disc with a film to the festival's mailing address.
• Application form (in any form indicating basic information about the film);
• Two stills of the film and one photo of the director of the film (in electronic * .jpeg format) on any medium or by attached files by e-mail.

The decision to include the film in a particular festival program is made by the selection committee, which ends work on August 9 of this year.
The following films are accepted for participation in competitions:
• In the competition of feature films - lasting from 60 to 180 minutes;
• In the competition of short feature films - the duration is not more than 35 minutes;
• In a television feature film competition - television feature films from 80 to 360 minutes.
• Films completed by the production within 15 months prior to the festival are included in the competition programs of the festival.

The order of screening of films at the festival is determined by the Directorate.
Film copies, posters, commercials of films accepted in the competition programs must be received by the Festival Directorate no later than August 19. The festival management has the right to 2 non-commercial screenings of films of all programs at the end of the festival with the consent of their owners.

Section 7. TRANSFER AND INSURANCE OF FILM COPIES
The cost of transporting films to the festival is borne by the owner (applicant) of the film. The cost of insurance and transportation of films during the festival and sending them back to the owners after the festival is payed by the Directorate.
Article 8. GUESTS OF THE FESTIVAL
The questions about inviting guests and the duration of their stay at the festival are decided by the Festival Directorate. The Directorate shall bear the costs of staying at the festival of filmmakers included:
in the Competition for feature films and in the Competition for television feature films "TV Shock" - 1 person from the film (producer or author of the picture, or actor or actress - starring actor);
to other contests - 1 person from the film (producer or director) at the discretion of the festival management.
Article 9. FESTIVAL EVENTS
During the film festival, it is possible to organize auctions, exhibitions and sales of paintings, arts and crafts, souvenirs, other various events that promote all types of creativity, as well as information and advertising.
